This policy explains how John Perkins Creative in Liberty, Kentucky handles information collected through this portfolio website and its project inquiry form. It covers this website; external websites and separate client services may have their own privacy practices.
Information you share
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. You may also provide a phone number and project type. Please include only information needed to discuss your project, and avoid sending sensitive personal information.
We use inquiries to respond, discuss potential work, and manage projects. Submitting an inquiry does not add you to a marketing list. Inquiries are delivered through Hatchable’s email service and handled in our email inbox.
Hosting and technical information
Hatchable hosts this website. Hosting and security providers process routine technical information, such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request timestamps, requested pages, and response status codes. This supports delivery, security, troubleshooting, and basic usage reporting. Owner access to the content editor uses authenticated sessions; viewing the public portfolio does not require an account.
Spam protection
The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from automated traffic. Turnstile processes technical signals that can include your IP address, browser information, connection characteristics, and the website origin. Verification can begin when you open the contact page.
The form sends a verification token to our server, which checks it with Cloudflare before sending the inquiry. Our verification request does not include your inquiry message or contact fields. Turnstile is also governed by Cloudflare’s privacy terms.
Video and external services
Motion galleries include YouTube videos using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain and direct video files delivered by Canto. Opening a gallery may establish connections to these services before you press Play. Loading or playing media can share technical and playback information with the provider. YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode limits personalization; it does not eliminate data transfer.
Links to proofing, Purposemade Software, and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not control those services.
Cookies and browser storage
Security, owner authentication, platform features, and embedded media may use cookies or browser storage. The website does not include a separate advertising pixel or marketing signup. You can manage cookies and storage through your browser and the relevant provider settings. Restricting them may affect form verification, video playback, or owner login.
When information is shared
Information is processed by service providers as needed to host and secure the website, verify inquiries, deliver email, and serve media. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security. Providers may process information outside your location, including in the United States.
How long information is kept
We do not have a fixed retention period or automatic deletion schedule for project inquiries. We keep correspondence as needed to respond, manage projects, and maintain necessary business or legal records. Provider logs and technical data are subject to the providers’ own retention practices. You may request deletion, although some records may need to be retained.
Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request or ask a privacy question, use the contact form and begin your message with “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity and retain information required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
We use HTTPS and authenticated owner access to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
